Volume 2 Has Been Launched!

Volume 2 has 19 songs, no more than one degree of separation for most of the connections. No looping, i.e. no connection between Track 19 and Track 1. Anyone who wants a copy of the CD but hasn't got it, let me know. Those who has it but hasn't submitted any answer, please do. First answer to be revealed soon. The connections will be revealed one by one; starting with the easy ones first. Remember, unlimited guesses on the connections. Guess until you're correct but before I post the answer. This time you can get a bonus point each for the song and the artist. Getting the 'connection' will give you 3 points.
